With the recent pandemic of COVID-19 people are seeking support as they manage anxiety, overwhelm, fear and uncertainty during turbulent times. This special 4-week series has been curated to give you practical tools based on scientific research to help cope with uncontrollable circumstances and strengthen your resilience.

This is a time in our history where globally people need help to decrease their overall stress patterns and develop new coping skills. The Coronavirus has quickly spread across the world making many people feel anxious and uncertain.

Unexpected events impact everyone differently. My intention for this special 4-week series is to help you be able to identify your stressors, learn how to reduce the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety, and develop new coping skills so that you can problem-solve unexpected issues that have and will continue to come up due to the Coronavirus. As a result, my hope is that you will improve the overall quality of your life with reduced stress.
