I’m Teena, I am a lot of things, but most importantly, I am me!

I strive to live my life outside the box – Living outside the box is one of the best ways to question our assumptions around life. It allows us to challenge why we do things and open up a new world of choices.

I am an individual intricately connected to the greater whole – free to creatively solve my problems in life and express and think for myself. I make my own choices to live how I wish, and am free to be content and happy regardless of what my family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers think of me.

Living my life outside of the box is a personal way of creating a life that has enabled me to create a more meaningful life. The meaning and happiness you are looking for will require you to Claim the Lead…

Beyond the box may lead you to your best life!

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Colorado and a board-certified life, and career coach often referred to as a “Personal Coach.” ⎯ but wait, there’s more…

Best Selling Author, "Cracked Open, Healing from the Pain of Loss"

I wrote this book in 3-months after my Dad died. It honors my relationship with my Dad, and the spiritual awakening and growth accelerated from his passing.

Life-Long Student of Intuitive and Energy Medicine

2022 has been a year of recommitting to developing my clairvoyance and learning how to love and heal myself deeply. I work directly with several mentors and spiritual teachers who support and guide my journey towards greater spiritual fulfillment.

Devoted Yoga Practitioner

I have been practicing yoga since I was 27 years old. As a former gymnast, I initially took to the practice because I was “good” at it. Soon to discover that yoga is first an energy practice, which began my journey of personal development and learning how to connect to my body and love myself. I am still working on this!

Forever Cyclist

From my first bike with training wheels, I have always loved the freedom of riding a bike. I am an avid cyclist, both road and gravel, and I live in one of the best places in the country to play. I love to explore new places to ride and meet new people along the way. Ride on! It was a significant part of my healing journey through grief and loss.

I stand for love, peace, and connection.

I am an empath, which means I have a high level of feeling and am not afraid of emotions. I stand for love, peace, connection, and attachment and will share my energy to create more of this in the world.

I have a powerful spiritual connection and use my light to create a life that is outside the mainstream box. I believe our life experiences, no matter how difficult they seem, are opportunities to wake up to our true selves and evolve as spiritual beings.

When we are not changing, we are choosing. Life gives us many breadcrumbs that lead to breakthroughs – I help guide my clients toward leading a life with more grace, happiness, and freedom.
