Effective & Impactful Couples Therapy

When things are going well, it’s truly amazing!

Your love story is something special and deserves recognition. The cosmic connection you share is a reason not to give up.

When you both slow down and truly listen, your love deepens. No one else understands you the way you do with each other.

BUT…

When things take a turn for the worse, it’s really tough!

You might feel ignored, unimportant, and like your partner doesn’t understand you at all. You may even find yourself asking, ‘Who are you?’ and thinking, ‘I don’t deserve this!’

Your cosmic connection turns into a crisis and you start to question whether it’s healthy to continue the relationship, considering how toxic it can become during the bad times.

I help couples work together to have a better relationship by developing  secure-functioning.

As a couples therapist, I understand that people can be pretty tough to deal with sometimes. In fact, even I can be difficult, just like anyone else on this planet. So, I don’t think I’m better than anyone when it comes to being annoying, too difficult, or a pain in the ass to my partner.

Oh, wait, you think you’re NOT difficult, annoying or a nuisance

Here’s some tough love, YOU ARE!

All people are difficult and at times annoying, but being too difficult or too much of a pain in the ass, that’s the problem. There are many ways to be difficult, and we all have our moments. But the real issue arises when we go too far and cross the line, that is the problem

I provide couples therapy in Colorado to help couples work together and be less of a pain in ass to each other.

When they know how to repair well they can release it and reengage. Then the relationship moves out of crisis and back to that cosmic connection.

In my work with couples, my main aim is for them to have a strong, safe, and secure relationship. When partners are secure-functioning, they are less difficult with each other.

That’s because they both understand their important role: to make sure the other person feels completely safe and secure.

Both partners are equally responsible for this, and they agree to make each other’s lives easier, not harder. This is one of the key principles of having a secure-functioning relationship.

As a couples therapist providing couples therapy Colorado, I help couples work together to develop a safe, secure-functioning, and loving relationship.
